About our work
Our priority when leading any workshop, is to create a safe space of loving attention to welcome exploration and vulnerability. We use a variety of practices such as dance, meditation, somatic exercises, contact impro, authentic movement, authentic relating games, and bodywork to encourage new ways of being, of expressing and relating. A loving container of expansion.
